His background includes a Master's degree in Business Administration and over 20 years of experience serving as a hospital and physician administrator. As a lawyer, these experiences give him a unique perspective into his elder law and estate planning practice because much of emergent and non-emergent estate planning is based upon third party medical payment rules and tax law.
